Event Management (Foundation Entry)
Our Event Management Foundation Entry degree is a vocationally oriented course where you’ll develop the professional and academic skills to become a successful events manager.
Foundation Entry degree courses are ideal if you’ve got the ability to study for a degree, but don’t have the necessary formal qualifications to directly join an Honours programme. It’s entirely unique, and a great stepping stone to degree study.
Our programme will strengthen your creativity and you’ll be able to design and deliver professional events that will exceed expectations.
You’ll develop specialist skills to make every aspect of an event run like clockwork. You’ll study management, strategy, human resources, marketing and finance. You’ll also be able to tailor modules to your own ambitions, eg sports, corporate, music festivals or more. There’s an opportunity to spend 48 weeks on a placement in industry too.

Changing circumstances may cause alteration to, or the cancellation of, courses. Changes may be necessary to comply with the requirements of accrediting bodies or revisions to subject benchmarks statements. As well as to keep courses updated and contemporary, or as a result of student feedback. We reserve the right to make variations if we consider such action to be necessary or in the best interests of students.
