You will be equipped to formulate appropriate campaign and media strategies, either in business-to-business or business to consumer markets.

Learn to critically analyse key employment markets, examine and apply different talent management philosophies, and evaluate the use of sophisticated methods and tools for global resourcing. You'll also explore and defend the case for inclusive talent management, assess strategies that support retention and effectively manage dismissal, redundancy and retirement lawfully and ethically.
