Darwin Day Celebration Lecture 2023
Join us on 13 February for a free public lecture titled "Measuring Mental Health", by Dr Suzi Gage, Research Lead for Metrics in Mental Health at the Welcome Trust. The event will take place at our Preston campus in Darwin Building, Lecture Theatre and Building Foyer. The event starts from 7pm to 9pm, with free refreshments being available at 6pm, so you are encouraged to arrive early.

This area focuses on research that aims to make a personal, societal and economic difference in relation to computing and computer science.
Psychology
Our key research strengths relate to the three broad topics of: Perception, Cognition and Neuroscience; Forensic Psychology; and Quality of Life.
Neurosciences
Our goal is to be internationally recognised in three areas: neuro-oncology, dementia and neurodegeneration; and molecular psychiatry.
