Entry Requirements
Our entry requirements can change depending on the course and the year you apply. The information below is just a guide. Even if you have, or are expected to get, the grades shown on our website, we cannot guarantee that you will receive an offer from the University of Central Lancashire.
If your academic or English language qualifications are not enough to start a degree with us, you can join a foundation course at the University of Central Lancashire with ONCampus. If you complete this course successfully, you can move on to many of our undergraduate or postgraduate programmes.

Scholarships and bursaries
We have a wide range of scholarships and bursaries available for international students. Please note that these scholarships are not available for postgraduate research, MBBS, online learning or pre-sessional programmes.
Undergraduate
Articulation Scholarship
To celebrate our formal partnerships with key institutions worldwide, we are offering a scholarship of £2,000 per year to each student who progresses from one of our specified partner institutions (see list).
Ashinaga Scholarship
Join a diverse network of future leaders and study with us with funding from an Ashinaga Scholarship.
Excellence Scholarship
If applicants have achieved excellent grades prior to entering their chosen undergraduate or postgraduate taught programme with us, the Excellence Scholarship will be applied.
Family Loyalty Scholarship
Our Family Loyalty Scholarship is available to the sibling, spouse or child of someone who is either currently studying on, or who has graduated from, a full-time course with us.
Postgraduate taught
Articulation Scholarship

Chevening - UK Government Scholarship
Join a diverse network of future leaders and study with us on a fully funded Chevening Scholarship. The University of Central Lancashire are proud to support Chevening Scholarships, the UK government's scholarships programme for international students studying master's degrees.
Commonwealth Shared Scholarship
Funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), these Scholarships enable talented and motivated individuals to gain the knowledge and skills required for sustainable development, and are aimed at those who could not otherwise afford to study in the UK.
Excellence Scholarship
