  • We offer a semester-long placement in each year of study. You'll gain valuable experience immersed in educational settings to better understand the daily realities and dynamics of being in a classroom.

What you'll do

  • Combining English with Education offers routes into teacher training. Also, into non-teaching professional careers or postgraduate research.
  • You can combine your study of Education with English Literature and/or English Language and incorporate modules in creative writing.
  • You'll spend time on placements, working alongside other professionals. This will be highly valued by potential future employers.
