Standard English language entry requirements – IELTS 6.0  or equivalent

A-Level qualifications
International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma

Successful completion of recognised UK  foundation programme
Successful completion of 2 year Diploma from PAAET College – Public Authority for Applied Education and Training) with a GPA of 2.67 -3/4 = 80-86 = Very Good)
Standard English language entry requirements – IELTS 6.0  or equivalent
Masters Degree from Government/ Recognised Private University GPA 2.2 minimum (4 years) Standard English language entry requirements – IELTS 6.5  or equivalent

If your academic and/or English language qualifications are not sufficient to allow for direct entry to one of our undergraduate or postgraduate taught programmes, you may wish to consider one of our Undergraduate or Master Foundation Programmes, offered at UCLan by ONCampus. Successful completion of this programme can guarantee entry to a wide range of programmes at UCLan.

The University of Central Lancashire has a wide range of Scholarships and Bursaries available for international students. Below are the criteria for the award of the Merit and Excellence Scholarship.

Merit Scholarship criteria Foundation Equivalent 70% (Not Arabic Grade 12),
PAEET – GPA 3/4
GPA 3/4 or 3.75/5 or 75%
Excellence Scholarship criteria PAEET – GPA 3.4/4 3.4/4 or 4.25/5 or 85%

Please note that these scholarships are not available for MBBS programme; distance learning programmes, Pre-Sessional Programmes or Postgraduate Research Programmes.
