Our Foundation Degree in Hearing Aid Audiology allows you to earn as you learn. It's for professionals currently working within an audiology setting.

What you'll do

  • Gain the knowledge, theory and understanding required to become a qualified hearing aid dispenser.
  • Develop practical skills within your workplace, supported by a dedicated Practice Educator. You’ll also get to spend time in the University’s clinical suite to enhance your skills.
  • You'll have access to our excellent facilities on-campus. Including our Library and IT facilities, clinical suites and a wealth of online resources.

Kirpa Chandan
Senior Lecturer in Audiology

Kirpa is a Senior Lecturer and experienced Programme Leader in the discipline of Audiology. She is on the Academy for Healthcare Science (AHCS) Clinical Physiology register as an Audiologist and is also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK.

Become a Hearing Aid Dispenser

After successful completion you can apply to join the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) to become a Hearing Aid Dispenser.
