Looking to taste some authentic flavours? Visit Coco’s Soul Food for some Caribbean spice or KimJi Korean where you’ll be served traditional Korean dishes. In a rush? Preston’s iconic Hot Potato Tram is a go-to for delicious Lancashire delights on the go. True foodies should check out Plau the historical and stylish interior is the perfect setting to enjoy a special meal. Or slightly more casual but with no less stylish vibes is the adjoining Lost Bar and Pizzeria

If you have a hunger for something European, try French restaurant Bistrot Pierre or if you’re looking to share Fino Tapas has the perfect atmosphere. In the city centre you’ll find Rise serving up instaworthy breakfast and brunch dishes all day in the beautiful Grade II listed Miller Arcade. South American café Cafuné has relaxed atmosphere and you're sure to find a lot of flavour inside. Tucked away down a cobbled street you’ll find Cedarwood Coffee Co. The ideal stop for a sweet treat and some quiet reading time. Brew + Bake is a stylish café perfect for meeting a group of friends or working on a project over a hot drink.  

Dessert bars

If you have a sweet tooth, you’ll be spoilt for choice in Preston. First up Kaspa’s Desserts offers a mouth-watering selection including waffles, milkshakes and ice cream sundaes in an American-style diner. You’ll recognise Roccos from its distinctive purple interior, this fun dessert parlour has all your favourites from cookie dough to soda floats. For Doughnut lovers, you’ll find Krispy Kreme in the St George’s Shopping Centre. Sign up for rewards and you get to choose a free doughnut on your Birthday, plus they offer a student discount.
