Interested in Law but don't have a law degree? Our LLM in Foundations of Legal Knowledge will provide you with the legal knowledge to pursue a successful career in Law. Designed especially for non-law graduates or those who have an overseas Law degree.

What you'll do
- With online delivery you’ll have synchronous lectures and workshops which promotes interactive real-time learning. Each module has a dedicated Blackboard space with learning and revision materials.
- You will receive excellent levels of guidance and support that will help you think like a lawyer and focus on key skills you will need for a life in legal practice.
- We have strong links with the legal profession, offering employability opportunities like the Judge Marshalling Scheme. Our Advice and Resolution Centre's Law Clinic and Centre for Mediation also provide hands-on experience with real cases.

Entry requirements
- A lower Second Class or above Honour’s Degree or a degree equivalent professional qualification
- Other qualifications or specific professional training and/or experience may be considered if the applicant is able to demonstrate his/her suitability for the course and provide evidence as appropriate at an interview
- For overseas applicants whose first language is not English, or who have received higher education where the medium of instruction is not English, the language requirement is IELTS: 6.0 with no component score lower than 5.5
