Ranvir Singh was born in Preston in 1977 and gained a degree in English and Philosophy before attending the University of Central Lancashire to study for a postgraduate qualification in journalism.
The University Board is the governing body of the University of Central Lancashire and its business is conducted in accordance with the Instrument and Articles of Government.
The Vice-Chancellor's Group, along with the Board of Governors, lead the University and are responsible for ensuring we fulfil our mission and values.
