Get ahead of the game and plan your day by downloading the programme before you arrive and if you have any questions just drop us a line. Before the day, have a think if there's anything in particular you want to know about, and make a note to speak to someone. Also, create a shortlist of courses and mark the subject talks in your programme along with any questions.

UCLAN DEGREE SHOWS 2019
For those coming to Preston on Sunday 23rd June, in addition to our Open Day programme, the Degree Shows 2019 are also open. Students from Architecture, Design, Fashion, Fine Art and Media are exhibiting their work in various buildings across the campus. However, if for any reason you're unable to attend an Open Day, our Campus Tours are an excellent way to see the Preston Campus, talk to academics and get advice from admissions, accommodation or our finance team. They run every Wednesday and we're also able to accommodate other dates when booked in advance.

There are a variety of different ways you can access the University of Central Lancashire, whether by rail, road or air. Preston is well served by the M6 motorway both North and South and excellent cross country rail links, and Burnley is accessed by the M65 (Junction 10) and excellent rail links. There are also two major international airports in Manchester and Liverpool.

Guidance for visitors attending the Sunday 23 June Open Day
As part of our £200 million Masterplan we are transforming our campus to unified, sustainable and welcome campus. Due to this we have some road closures and highways work around campus. Please follow the below guidance if you are travelling to or from the Sunday 23 June Open Day by car to avoid any delays:
A583: Turn right on from Fylde Road to Ashton Street by Savoy Timber, to follow Pedder Street for Leighton car park. From Pedder Street turn onto Leighton Street for parking on Leighton car park.
A6: Due to the Preston Caribbean Carnival taking place in Preston, parts of Garstang Road/Moor Lane will be closed at midday due to the procession.
