This course will allow you to get a critical understanding of the role and responsibilities of the workplace coach and mentor.
The course will provide you with an understanding of how coaching and mentoring can impact an organisation as well as assess skills, behaviours and knowledge as a coach and mentor.
The Centre for Volunteering and Community Leadership delivers this course at a fully inclusive and discounted cost of £700 per person.
This course if for a 6 month duration.
