Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualifications

We are an approved centre of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). This means we can deliver proven, dynamic, and Ofqual regulated academically accredited qualifications. The courses improve the performance of people at every level of leadership and management in an organisation.

Our courses

ILM Level 7 Award or Certificate in Leadership & Management

On this ILM Level 7 course, you'll look at what leadership means and how to apply it in diverse, changing, and challenging settings. You will learn leadership theories and practices, reflecting on their effectiveness.

ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching & Mentoring

Our ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring will give you a good understanding of coaching and mentoring. You'll learn to identify the key skills, behaviours, and knowledge needed for these roles.

ILM Level 3 Award in Management of Volunteers

This course will equip you with practical leadership skills. You'll learn to manage and inspire volunteers in diverse and challenging environments.
