This programme is built around the concept of a learning community and students are encourage to use the excellent new facilities of the Students Union and also the Library to continue to engage in their studies out of the classroom. All modules are delivered via our new online ‘live’ classroom where students can log on live to the lesson from anywhere in the world.

This course is underpinned by a critical analysis of effective mentoring partnerships and how it is applied in diverse, changing and challenging settings.
The aims of the module are:
- To explore the key components of the mentoring process
- To identify the skills involved mentoring
- To develop awareness of effective action plans and goal setting
- To explore Mentoring Projects in the community
