Course overview

This course is underpinned by a critical analysis of effective mentoring partnerships and how it is applied in diverse, changing and challenging settings.

The aims of the module are:

  • To explore the key components of the mentoring process
  • To identify the skills involved mentoring
  • To develop awareness of effective action plans and goal setting
  • To explore mentoring projects in the community

Entry requirements

A level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent experiential learning.
