Roeburn Hall

Roeburn hall

Roeburn Hall is owned by the University and is in a prime location on campus.  University accommodation is highly recommended for all students, particularly if you are in your first year of study.  Many students stay with us for all years of study and take advantage of all the benefits we have to offer.

Roeburn Hall is one of our larger halls and comprises sixty en-suite flats, accommodating seven students in each. There is an enclosed landscaped courtyard area outside the hall.

Additionally, Roeburn Hall has a launderette and recently refurbished common room on site, equipped with a pool table, large sofas, giant beanbags and a 65-inch TV featuring an Xbox One – making this the perfect place for you to socialise with your flat mates!

Refurbished in 2019, each en-suite flat has a bright and modern shared kitchen and lounge area, which is well equipped with a breakfast bar and stools/ table and chairs, cooker, fridges, freezers, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space.  The lounge area has comfortable seating, a coffee table and a wall mounted Smart TV (license paid for TV in communal area only).

All bedrooms are modern and of a good size, featuring a bed, large notice board, study desk and chair, built-in wardrobe and drawers, a bedside cabinet, lamp and waste bin.  Each bedroom has its own en-suite wet-room, comprising of a shower, sink, toilet and mirror.

You can enjoy the facilities provided within Foster Social Space, which is located on your doorstep, and features a pool table, table tennis and dining facilities.
