Roeburn Hall is the only University owned hall with en-suite facilities. It features 60 flats with a maximum of seven people per flat.
With its triangular shape, Roeburn has a planted courtyard area with seating which is an ideal place for residents to meet up or socialise outdoors.
Roeburn is found at the South of the Campus with Maudland and Foster buildings close by. The Sir Tom Finney Sports Centre and the recently built JB Firth building are also a short distance away.
Roeburn Hall offers a secure cycle compound and can hold up to 20 bikes. There is a £10 returnable deposit for access keys which can be obtained from Car Parking Services, Vernon Building.
Students receive security advice on arrival and benefit from 24 hour CCTV protection and patrolling UCLan security officers based in Harrington Building.
An on-site Residences Team, whose office is ideally located within the hall, manages Roeburn Hall. Click on the ‘Residences Team’ page to find out more about what the team do.
Each en-suite Flat has a communal kitchen, which is well equipped with a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space. There is also comfortable seating with a coffee table, breakfast bar or dining table with chairs.
Bedrooms feature a study desk and chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe and an ensuite.
Roeburn Hall has a large launderette and common room on site, equipped with pool table, large sofas, beanbags and a 65-inch TV with an Xbox one- the perfect place for you to socialise with your flatmates.
