Ribble Hall is one of the larger halls on campus and houses 36 flats with five or six bedrooms in each.
Ribble is located between Victoria and Ashmoor Street and enjoys a garden courtyard area. It is to the North of the Campus, near to Brook building and Greenbank building. Students have only a short walk to other University buildings, including the Students' Union and the brand new Harrington Social Space, which features a pool table, table tennis, dining facilities and more.
Residents have access to a launderette, which is ideally located across the courtyard.
Students receive security advice on arrival and benefit from 24 hour CCTV protection and patrolling UCLan security officers based in Harrington Building.
An on-site Residences Team, whose office is ideally located close to the hall, manages Ribble Hall. Click on the ‘Residences Team’ page to find out more about what the team do.
Each flat has a communal kitchen, which is well equipped with a dining table and chairs, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space. There are also two bathrooms consisting of 2 showers, 1 bath and 2 toilets.
All bedrooms are modern and large, featuring two large notice boards, study desk and chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, waste bin, sink, mirror and vanity unit.
