Pendle Hall

Pendle Hall

Pendle Hall is owned by the University and is in a prime location on campus.  University accommodation is highly recommended for all students, particularly if you are in your first year of study.  Many students stay with us for all years of study and take advantage of all the benefits we have to offer.

Pendle Hall is one of our smaller halls and comprises fifty flats, a mixture of self-contained and two-bedroom flats.

SELF-CONTAINED FLATS

There are twenty-seven self-contained flats, suited for students who want to live by themselves.  Each flat has a bedroom, kitchen (which is well equipped with a breakfast bar, cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space) and shower room (consisting of a shower, toilet, sink and mirror).  The bedroom is modern and of a good size, featuring a bed, noticeboard, study desk and chair, wardrobe, waste bin, lamp and bedside table.

Please note that the flats vary in size.

TWO-BEDROOM FLATS

There are twenty-two, two-bedroom flats (please note, one flat has three bedrooms) with shared facilities, suited for students who want to live with one other person.  Each flat has a bedroom, shared kitchen (which is well equipped with a breakfast bar, cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space) and shared shower room (consisting of a shower, toilet, sink and mirror).

The bedrooms are modern and of a good size, featuring a bed, noticeboard, study desk and chair, wardrobe, waste bin, lamp and bedside table.

Please note that the flats vary in size.
