Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

The role includes the following responsibilities: 

• Assist senior quantity surveyors in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for construction projects.
• Learn to measure and value construction work, including preparing bills of quantities and tender documents.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and contribute to cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct site visits and assist in the assessment of ongoing work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Learn to negotiate and liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients on pricing and contractual matters.
• Utilise industry-standard software and tools to assist in quantity surveying tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quantity surveying activities.
