Support for vet students
We have a specialist package of Veterinary Medicine student support. It focuses on your general wellbeing and improving your skills as a professional to help with motivation.
Our three pillars of support
Support for BVMS students
From Year 1 of our BVMS course, you’ll have a dedicated coach and mentor to help you during your time at UCLan.
Across the academic year (and during placements), you’ll take part in one-to-one sessions. These will help identify your learning and development opportunities. You'll also get some academic skills coaching and mentoring.
The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) has been ranked third in the UK for the mental health support it gives to students.Wednesday 29 June 2022
