Steven is a subject matter expert in policing and organisational development. He has worked nationally and internationally with Police Forces and multi-agency partnerships. He was in the police service for thirty years and left in the rank of chief superintendent. He is a Director of STALOS Consultancy Ltd which specialises in systems thinking and learning organisation principles and he is the Independent Chair of the Bolton Safeguarding Adults Board, a multi-agency Board which collaborates to safeguard vulnerable adults in need of care and support.
