Emma’s current position is Research Assistant for iROWE (Institute for Research in Work, Organisations and Employment). Her current research projects include exploring precarious work in creative industries, coworking and employee wellbeing. iROWE regularly organise seminars and networking events. These events facilitate collaborative opportunities for practitioners and academics to explore contemporary areas for research within work and employment.
