Catherine currently works part time as a GP in a rural practice in West Cumbria. She has recently started working for UCLan at the West Cumbria Education Centre in Whitehaven and will be involved in teaching clinical skills.

Full Profile

Catherine completed her medical degree at the University of Dundee as well as a BMSc in Pharmacology and Neuroscience. She completed her foundation years at Ninewells hospital in Dundee and then went to do Core Medical Training in Cumbria and the North East. During this time she completed her MRCP exams. Catherine chose to stay on in Cumbria and completed her GP training in October 2015 and now works part time in a rural practice in West Cumbria.

She started working for UCLAN in August 2017 and is currently involved with teaching as part of the PA course and new Hospitalist course at UCLan’s West Cumbria Education Centre in Whitehaven .
