With 22 years' teaching experience in the subjects of marketing and employability skills Caroline is very passionate about teaching and working with colleagues in the area of Marketing and Public Relations. As a Chartered Marketer she is also a marketing practitioner and shares this experience as part of the management team of the CIM Lancashire Branch who deliver guest speaker events at UCLan. Caroline is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Caroline is the Course Leader for the Chartered Institute of Marketing Programmes. This gives her the opportunity to work with individuals from the Marketing and Public Relations industry and enables her to keep abreast of current marketing and public relations practices. Caroline is also the Course Leader for the MA in Marketing and Public Relations. She is also a Senior Lecturer in Marketing and teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students in areas of marketing and employability skills.

Teaching Activities and Responsibilities

Caroline teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students on marketing and employability related modules. She is also a placement supervisor.

External Activities

Member of the CIM Lancashire Branch team responsible for putting on guest speaker events for students and staff within the School of Business and for contacts in the marketing and public relations industry.
