Angela is a Senior Lecturer in International Tourism and Hospitality in the Division of Tourism, Hospitality and Events, Lancashire School of Business and Enterprise.
Angela has extensive and varied Hospitality, Tourism and Events experience at operational, supervisory and management level gained in the UK, USA, Finland and Singapore
Her research interests include The Slow Food Movement and The Local Food Movement.
Angela is a Senior Lecturer in International Hospitality and Tourism and has been at the University since 1996. She leads and teaches a range of Hospitality and Tourism modules from Foundation to Master`s level. She also supervises both undergraduate and post-graduate research projects and dissertations and undertakes domestic and international internship visits. She is the Course Leader for Foundation entry Tourism, Hospitality and Events and has been a Disability Lead for the University since 2013.
External Examiner for the University of Surrey and the University of East Anglia.
