Journalism Broadcast Newsrooms

The Broadcast Newsrooms are specialist facilities provided for Journalism students to enable the production of broadcast content.

The rooms are equipped with professional newsroom systems software. AVID iNews is used for TV scripting and scheduling. The Burli Newsroom System does the same for radio. National news is received from the News wires of Independent Radio News.

The rooms afford production teams a professional working environment for the creation of TV and Radio Broadcast content and are located immediately adjacent to the TV and Radio Studios.
