Our Digital Print facilities are run by a team of specialist technical staff who have knowledge and expertise in a wide range of subjects. We aim to provide a supportive facility where students can explore the best ways to achieve their project outcomes.
In our Rapid Prototype Suite, we offer a 3D printing service for academic projects, including FDM in PLA, ABS, and other plastics, and high resolution STL resin printing.
These combine with the other services found in our Digital Print Studio.
Our 3D scan facilities cover hand held 3D scanning, photogrammetry processes, and desktop 3D scanning. This is predominantly a service facility operated by technical staff except by special arrangement.
