The Health MATTERS team encouraged businesses they work with to apply for the Medilink Healthcare Business Awards. We are happy to announce that three of these businesses were crowned winners in March 2023.
The Medilink Healthcare Business Awards celebrate the outstanding business achievements, international successes and innovative breakthroughs made across the life sciences and healthcare technology sectors in the past year. They showcase the very best examples of collaboration between industry, academia and the NHS.
With a high number of submissions, the event in March saw success for the following Small and Medium Enterprises who we have supported through the Health MATTERS project:
Xploro Ltd, a company who use digital technology that empowers younger patients with more and better information. won the Start Up Award.
Definition Health Ltd, an end-to-end, patient-centred digital healthcare company. won the Partnership with the NHS – Acute Care Award.
Liopa Ltd, won the One to Watch award for their lip-reading technology which supports patients who are voice-impaired in ICU and high-dependency units.
Congratulations to all the winners and shortlisted companies who were recognised for their exceptional work in MedTech.
