Our Civil Engineering MSc will prepare you to become a forward thinking, innovative and resilient civil engineer. You will be able to deliver on all types of civil engineering challenges.

What you'll do

  • Design projects are used to bring all aspects of civil engineering together. You’ll assess real-life scenarios from road junctions and bridges, to reservoirs and water supply systems.
  • Site visits and field trips help you to see how civil engineering projects develop and progress, and gain experience of live projects.
  • We'll help you find an optional professional placement, extending your study time by 6 to 12 months to give you hands-on experience in civil engineering.
