Successful completion of Diploma from a Technical/Commercial/Industrial/Health Institute with an overall average of 50-64% and Egyptian General Secondary School Certificate or Technical Secondary School Certificate with a pass.

• Successful completion of Diploma from a Technical/Commercial/Industrial/Health Institute with an overall average of 90-100% and Egyptian General Secondary School Certificate or Technical Secondary School Certificate with a pass.

Advanced entry:

• 3.4/4 or 4.25/5 or 85%.

4-year degree from Government/Recognised Private University GPA 2.6/4 (65-74%).

Note: German University in Cairo (GUC) operates a reverse grading system from 0.7 (highest) to 4.0 (lowest). Grades from 0.7 (A+) to 3.3 (C-) should be considered.

For AASTMT 2.4/4 as pass rate is 60%

British University of Egypt – will usually need to have a first or second class honours degree.

American University of Cairo – 2.8/4.
