High Throughput Computing Cluster

High Throughput Computing (HTC) cluster with 624 physical cores and access to petabyte scale storage system

The HTC cluster enables large scale parallel computing to be carried out locally on a greater scale that would be otherwise be possible. Such computations typically involve simulations or numerical or statistical analyses that are amenable to and benefit from parallelisation.

The High Throughput Computing Cluster can be found on the Preston Campus.

Please note, this facility is only available for researchers from the Jeremiah Horrocks Institute.
