Dr Ashton teaches Y3 & Y4 medical students on a range of topics and supervises student's portfolios as an academic advisor.
She also works as a GP in Kirkby Lonsdale. She has a special interest in women's health.
Following qualifying at Lancaster Medical School in 2013. Rachel went on to do foundation training at East Lancashire Hospitals then GP training at Morecambe Bay.
