UK partner enrolment

All students are required to fully enrol. For the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) UK partner students the enrolment process depends on your institution.

Please select your institution from the alphabetical list below.

If you don’t complete the registration process then you won’t become an official university student. This means you may not get paid any student finance you were expecting or be eligible for your award.

Validated partner student enrolment 2023/24

All students need to complete the enrolment process. The deadline for enrolment is Sunday 8 October 2023.

New students

For students from validated UK partners, UCLan has simplified the enrolment process. See a full list of validated UK partners below.

Your institution will send across your initial details, which UCLan will upload into the student record system. Once uploaded, you'll need to complete the following steps:

  1. You will receive an email to validate your personal email. This may take up to 48 hours to validate. Once validated you should receive your student UCLan username and password.
  2. You will then receive an email to your personal email address with a link to request a photo.
  3. Once steps one and two are complete, you will be fully enrolled.

Returning students

Returning partner students joining the next year of their programme are automatically re-enrolled by their institution and UCLan, provided that they have met the requirements for progression.
