The award of any of the following from a recognised institution:

Bachelor's (Honours) degree at Second Class Honours (Lower Division/Division B/Division 2), H2B, 65% or 70% (depending on grade scheme).
Bachelor's degree at Distinction, 70% or 75% (depending on grade scheme), 6/7, GPA 3.0/4.0 or 7/10.
