Course overview
This module is aimed at nurses and other health care practitioners who are working, or wish to expand their knowledge in the care and management of asthma and COPD.
The module prepares practitioners to work with greater autonomy in this field and will equip them with the knowledge and skill to take responsibility for leading and influencing the development of the management of asthma and COPD in primary care settings.
The module will be of particular interest to practice nurses, nurse practitioners, district nurses, prison nurses, community matrons, case managers with a focus on respiratory medicine.
