Who is it for?

Lancashire Forum Creative appreciates every company has different aims, objectives, needs and goals, so their facilitators work with businesses and organisations to decide on the best route for them.

The Lancashire Forum Creative is a fully-funded European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) programme (meaning there is no cost to participants) all companies involved must be:

  • Based in Lancashire
  • Employ Fewer than 250 full-time employees
  • Have an annual turnover of less than £40 million and/or an annual balance sheet total of less than £35 million
  • Have received less than €200,000 of publicly funded support in the last three fiscal years.
  • Be a business-to-business (B2B) company

What will this involve?

There are two main routes:

Route one:
Expert-led Think Tank session on relevant business issues (e.g. marketing, strategy, recruitment and retention)

Route two:
Lancashire Forum Creative Extra – in- depth- six-month programme for owners and senior managers.

Think Tanks site visits to other organisations: Two-day intensive hackjam using technology, creativity and expert input to resolve business problems. A hackjam is a great way to team up people with different skill-sets to explore an interesting challenge, collaboratively build something new or improve something that already exists.

How will it benefit my business?

This programme is underpinned by peer-to-peer learning, enabling you to learn, work and collaborate with other business leaders. By engaging with this programme we feel businesses will benefit from:

  • Business growth and increased profits
  • Increased confidence as leaders
  • Strategic thinking
  • Become better equipped to delegate and empower
