What will this involve?
There are two main routes:
Expert-led Think Tank session on relevant business issues (e.g. marketing, strategy, recruitment and retention)
Lancashire Forum Creative Extra – in- depth- six-month programme for owners and senior managers.
Think Tanks site visits to other organisations: Two-day intensive hackjam using technology, creativity and expert input to resolve business problems. A hackjam is a great way to team up people with different skill-sets to explore an interesting challenge, collaboratively build something new or improve something that already exists.
