Alumni Achievement Awards

The University of Central Lancashire Alumni Achievement Awards have been established to honour and celebrate the achievements of our global University alumni community.

Award criteria

We are proud of our graduates and want to recognise those who have achieved great things. Whether that be in their profession, or through their work within the wider community. This could include charity work or a contribution to the arts or business.

The awards are open to all alumni of the University of Central Lancashire, including those from predecessor institutions such as Preston Polytechnic. We welcome nominations from staff and students. Alumni cannot nominate themselves for an award but can nominate their former classmates. We will present two awards per graduation event, one to a UK graduate and one to an international graduate.

The Alumni Achievement Awards will recognise one or more of the following:

Nominations are reviewed by the University Alumni Awards Committee. The committee make the final decision about the winner. The award will be presented at a University Graduation ceremony in July or December. There will be two awards given per Graduation week. One award is for UK alumni and the other is for International alumni.
