Dr Roger Clowes

Roger Clowes was formerly Reader in Astrophysics and is now retired. He continues research as Visiting Fellow in the Jeremiah Horrocks Institute.
Roger is currently involved in research in Cosmology and Extragalactic Astrophysics, with a particular emphasis on Large-Scale Structure in the Universe.
He has conducted research into the Large-Scale Structure of the Universe, with highlights including the "Clowes-Campusano Large Quasar Group", the "Huge Large Quasar Group". He is also academic adviser to Alexia Lopez who discovered "A Giant Arc on the Sky" and "A Big Ring on the Sky".
