As a Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE) and an Academic Member of the CIPD, Jiajia is actively engaged with the Chartered Association of Business Schools’ Learning, Teaching, and Student Experience Committee.
Jiajia has a strong background in research leadership, having conducted and supervised studies in innovation, business model transformation, change management, and corporate governance. Her work has been published in multiple journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings, and she has served as a reviewer for several academic journals.
In her current role as Associate Dean of Student and Teaching in the School, she leads the teaching and learning strategy, chairs multiple committees, and spearheads strategic projects aimed at transforming the curriculum for student opportunity and success, as well as the achievement of accreditations with AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA.
Jiajia's expertise spans business education, enterprise and employability, pedagogy, assessment and feedback, and degree apprenticeships. She also has extensive experience in curriculum design, validation, staff development, training, and process improvement.
