Steve spent thirty years with Merseyside Police in a variety of roles. As a Detective Inspector specialising in investigative training and development, Steve managed the Professionalisation of Investigation Programme (PIP) assessing the competence of investigators at PIP Level 2.

Full Profile

Steve's investigative and training experience saw him being deployed as an advisor to the Hungarian National Police. Steve has provided consultancy to the United Nations and Eastern European police services and law enforcement agencies in the context of covert policing strategies.
