Pradeep is Principal Lecturer in equality, rights and inclusion. His main focus is on developing and implementing equality strategies that will assist organisations maximise staff and service potential . Pradeep has worked extensively across the public sector and teaches on the MA in Promoting Equality and Managing Diversity.
Pradeep was called to the bar in 1993 after completing an LLB at the University of Manchester and a Masters degree in law from the University of Lancaster.
Over the years Pradeep has advised and provided training for a large number of public and voluntary sector organisations including many NHS and local authority organisations. His range of expertise includes developing and implementing diversity strategies and conducting diversity audits/assessments and equality legislation. Pradeep teaches on the MA in Promoting Equality and Managing Equality and has interests in understanding the impact of equality initiatives on business performance.
In the past Pradeep has also chaired and vice chaired NHS Trusts in the Lancashire area. This experience has given Pradeep a valuable insight into organisational culture and overcoming the challenges that large organisations face.
