I studied an MA in Sports Management at UCLan and graduated in 2005. I chose this programme because it supports my international cricket career and my management responsibilities for the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and cricket players at all levels. Since graduating from UCLan, I have completed an MBA in Marketing from Hamdard University, Karachi, Pakistan and have been teaching MBA/BBA courses in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management, Continuing Professional Development and Self-Management Skills Development at a number of institutions of higher education in Pakistan. In addition, I also conducted a number of lectures on the Psychology of Success at profit and non-profit organisations such as Ziauddin Hospital and Rangers School. In July 2009 I was asked by the Pakistan Cricket Board to conduct training workshops for trainee cricketers (under 19s) under the auspices of the National Cricket Academy.
I have lasting memories of UCLan for the positive attitude from each and every member of the University.
