The 28th Japanese/Korean Linguistics Conference (JK28) will take place at the University of Central Lancashire in Preston, United Kingdom, 7 -20 September 2020.

JK28 will feature three invited presentations by the following distinguished scholars:

  • Dr. Lucien Brown (Monash University, Australia)
  • Dr. Kook-Hee Gil (University of Sheffield, UK)
  • Prof. Yoko Yumoto (Osaka University, Japan)

All of the presentations will be pre-recorded (20 minutes for oral, 5 minutes for poster) . The pre-recorded audio or video files will be made available to participants via a password-protected online repository.

There will be live sessions for both oral and poster presenters between 7 and 20 September.
