This module aims to develop your sense of entrepreneurial flair by introducing you to the basics of creative thinking for new business ideas.

You'll conduct primary research, to make sense of what the findings mean and be aware of the limitations. Learn to use appropriate data management and spreadsheet software, effectively and apply mathematical calculations and principles to interpreting simple quantitative information.

Engagement with business is a key feature of this module through case study, test trading through pop-ups or working with an existing business in the profit or non-profit sector.

This module aims to equip you with a critical appreciation of the contemporary frameworks, tools and approaches which are available to digital marketers and media creators. You will be equipped to formulate appropriate campaign and media strategies, either in business-to-business or business to consumer markets.

Learn to critically analyse key employment markets, examine and apply different talent management philosophies, and evaluate the use of sophisticated methods and tools for global resourcing. You'll also explore and defend the case for inclusive talent management, assess strategies that support retention and effectively manage dismissal, redundancy and retirement lawfully and ethically.
