Undergraduate Mid Year Starts

Why wait until September?

Mid year starts banner

At UCLan many of our undergraduate and postgraduate courses have multiple intakes each year, which means that you don't have to wait until September to enrol. In addition, there is a huge range of professional and CPD courses running throughout the year for you to choose from.

Is this for you?

Maybe you missed your first choice in September, or you simply wanted a break after finishing school or college? Perhaps you’ve started work and changed your mind about university? By enrolling onto a degree course now, you are taking positive steps towards a better future.  The good news is, you can still apply for student finance - visit the GOV.UK for more details.

We are here to help you every step of the way – talk to a current student to find out about life at UCLan. Our new chat platform is live - so you can talk to a student and ask them anything you want to know. Perhaps you have a question about life at UCLan? Taking that big step to move away from home to come to University or maybe you just want to know more about the city of Preston. Whatever the question about University, our Ambassadors are on hand to help!

International Students

If you didn’t have time to sort out your VISA ready to start last September, or you needed to complete a preliminary course prior to enrolment, you may not need to wait until next September to start your course.
