Applicant Days are your chance to see exactly where you’ll be based, meet course tutors, other applicants for the same course as you and even current students who have gone before you, all strengthening that excellent choice you’ve made!
If you are not able to attend one of our Applicant Days, there are opportunities to come and visit us to get a taste of the UCLan experience. You are welcome to attend our next open day or join us for a campus tour. In the meantime if you would like to speak to a current student, our Unibuddy platform is now live.
Interview or Audition Students: For some of our courses an interview or audition is compulsory as part of the entry requirements. When you arrive for your scheduled interview/audition, you will be able to gather lots of information and you will have the opportunity to take a Campus tour. Students attending an interview or audition will not be invited to an Applicant Day.

Some of our courses invite students for an interview or audition day instead of an Applicant Day, which will include lots of information about your course and the opportunity to take a tour around our campus.
If you are not able to attend an Applicant Day, There are still plenty of opportunities to come and visit us to get a taste of the UCLan experience.
Arrival, check-in at the desk – this may vary in location depending on your course, please refer to your email confirmation containing your check-in QR code. Make sure you check your spam folder.
You’ll get to meet your future course tutors and hear more about the course you’ve applied for - you can ask all the questions you want both from them and our current students.
If you’d like to explore further, you can go on one of our campus tours, taking in all our facilities like our 24/7 library, our purpose-built sports centre just for students, places where you can eat – and drink – and some of the lecture theatres, classrooms or studios you might be studying in.

After all that, you’ll be ready for a sit down- so have a chat to our staff and students over lunch and sample our complimentary menu on offer in one of our many food outlets.
