Applicant Days

Applicant Days

An Applicant Day is the perfect opportunity to learn more about your chosen subject and give you a detailed insight into life as a UCLan student.

Once you have been given an offer we will invite you to attend an Applicant Day via email. For some courses an interview or audition is compulsory, therefore applicants to these courses will not be invited to an Applicant Day. However applicants who attend an interview or audition will still have the opportunity to experience campus tours and meet with UCLan staff to get answers to any questions they may have. Applicant days for 2019 have now concluded.

Applicant Days give you the opportunity to:

  • Delve deeper into your chosen subject and get a real feel for your course content in interactive course taster sessions
  • Meet our academics, current students and fellow applicants of your course
  • Speak to our friendly support staff to get advice on admissions, finance, student support and more
  • Explore our campus, city and accommodation on our student led tours

Even if you have previously attended an Open Day, we recommend attending an Applicant Day, as they provide a subject tailored experience allowing you to make the right decision on University. Take a look at our handy step-by-step Applicant Portal to help you navigate your UCLan journey or chat to a student if you have any questions – they’d love to hear from you and share their advice.
