China Ambassador Scholarships

CHINA AMBASSADOR SCHOLARSHIPS 2018/19
 

WHAT IS IT?

The China Ambassador Scholarship is offered to 10 students from China with excellence in both academic study and language. This scholarship is provided in the form of tuition fee deduction.

HOW MUCH IS IT?

The scholarship is £12,000 prorated over 3 years (£4,000 per year).

AM I ELIGIBLE?

In order to be assessed as eligible for the scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:

For Undergraduate applicants:

• Average grade of 80% or above*
• IELTS 6.0 (with no component below 5.5) or equivalent taken within two years prior to your course commencement date
• Receipt of a satisfactory application form.
• Satisfactory Interview** with UCLan China office

For Master applicants:

• Average grade of 80% or above*
• IELTS 6.5 (with no component below 6.0) or equivalent taken within two years prior to your course commencement date
• Receipt of a satisfactory application form.
• Satisfactory Interview** with UCLan China office

**Interview will be in the form of video or on-site.
