Student Services

Student Services continues to offer support by phone, email and Microsoft Teams appointments, via Microsoft Teams is a free chat, video calling and collaboration platform and is available on most devices. They have desktop apps for Windows, MacOS, and Linux, as well as mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Current UCLan students can receive some software free for home use by completing and returning the forms on our student software page, the software will then be provided automatically via your UCLan email.

Software available for a restricted period

As a result of campus closure, student access to Adobe Creative Cloud in labs and classrooms is not available. Adobe has provided temporary at-home access for impacted students and faculty, so that they can continue their work remotely. Please follow the instructions on our student software page, to enable access to Creative Cloud Desktop Apps on your personal device.
