Suicide prevention

University life can be interesting, exciting and challenging, but it can also be stressful, lonely and expensive! Sometimes you might feel like it gets too much. Lots of students feel like this, you are not alone.

The resources on this page have been chosen by other students. You can also speak to our Student Services team who support hundreds of students every year.

You can book an appointment with Student Support and Wellbeing, or attend a drop-in. If you need to talk to someone immediately and Student Support & Wellbeing is closed you can speak to the University’s Security Team who are highly trained and supportive.

They can be contacted on 01772 892068.
