The Student Fees and Funding Team are responsible for managing Tuition Fees in accordance with the University's Tuition Fee Policy and Government guidelines. Each year Tuition Fees can rise in line with the Retail Price Index and current students can see what their fees will be in the next academic year on our fees and funding page, which has a detailed table in our continuing students section.
If you are paying your own fees or where funding through sponsorship, loan etc. has yet to be confirmed you will be sent an invoice in your first semester which includes details of the fees charged, payment dates and a details of how to make your payments. You are responsible for making sure that fee payments are made on or before the instalment dates.
It is important that you keep your contact information such as address, phone number and e-mail address current through the MyUCLan interface. You can also access details of outstanding fees in MyUCLan by checking your financial details in the services for students tab section of your study record.

The Cashiers Office can be found in Adelphi Building on the ground floor. The Cashiers counter service provided by the Cashiers Office is open Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 4.00pm. It may also offer extended opening at peak times such as enrolment periods. The office opens for the receipt of fee payments, reimbursement of expenses (see below for further information) and the distribution of previously authorised loans and grants etc. If you have a payment to make you can do so by cash, cheque, credit or debit card, in person at the counter. Alternatively, if you wish to make a payment by telephone then please call 01772 892190. If you do not wish to make a payment or have a non-urgent query then please contact us via email at email@example.com.

Student Finance England will do their best to make sure you get some of your student finance as close as possible to the start of term but the sooner you apply the better.
