Recording meetings looks at orientation (Health & Safety), the assessment process (the initial, midpoint and final meetings), what needs to be documented, when this should be happening, who should be completing it and where it needs to be recorded.
Assessors and Supervisors tells you which pages relate to the Practice Supervisor, Practice Assessor and Academic Assessor and provides a brief overview for each of these roles and the process for completion.
